Customer care - Terms of payment

Payment Methods:

CREDIT CARD - We accept the most common credit cards, including prepaid and rechargeable ones, issued exclusively on Italian territory, forming part of the circuits: Cartasi, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Diners. When paying by credit card you will not be charged any type of supplement. Mikand Way S.r.l. reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer such as the landline telephone number or the sending of a copy of documents proving ownership of the Card used. In the absence of the required documentation, Mikand Way S.r.l. reserves the right not to accept the order.

BANK TRANSFER - By choosing this payment method, once the order has been placed it is necessary to follow the following procedure: the bank transfer must be made within 3 working days of placing the order of the order (under penalty of cancellation of the order itself); the reason to be reported on the bank transfer must indicate: the number and date of the order, the name and surname of the person placing the order. Banking practice is that the transfer made is credited to the beneficiary's current account (Mikand Way S.r.l.) no earlier than 2/3 working days from its execution.

PAYPAL - PayPal is a system online payment method which involves opening an account with PayPal. By completing a purchase with this type of payment, a page on the PayPal site will be displayed where you can enter your personal email address and password for your PayPal account, or access the procedure for creating a new one. After registration, you can proceed with payments via PayPal without having to re-enter your data, even for subsequent purchases. By choosing to pay with PayPal, the amount is charged directly to the assigned credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, AMEX and Diners) or prepaid card (PostePay). PayPal protects buyer information. For each transaction carried out using this method, a confirmation email will be sent by PayPal. The order amount is debited from your PayPal account when the order is placed. In case of cancellation the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account. We accept payments exclusively from users registered on the Italian PayPal site.

CASH ON DELIVERY - By choosing this method (valid up to a maximum order amount of €500.00 – For higher amounts contact us –), the payment is made to the courier upon delivery of the purchased goods. Payment must be made only with banknotes or coins directly to the courier. Only exact sums corresponding to the order amount are accepted; There is no refund of the rest. We also accept cashier's checks (non-banking).
